Hi, I’m Erin Crampton.

I am a regenerative food systems expert with a career focus on supporting ecologically minded farmers. I unblock the regulatory, practical and financial challenges to allow investment to reach farmers, food processors and suppliers.

I grew up as a farm kid in Manitoba and went on to build ecologically-responsible supply chains through my FMCG retail business. During this time, I catalyzed regenerative pasture management training and monitoring in Canada.

I am recognised internationally, including being made an Edmund Hillary Fellow in Aotearoa New Zealand, and been appointed to the Board of Holistic Management Canada. I have a qualification in regenerative economics through Capital institute, have worked for JP Morgan and Citibank, and have designed and delivered ClimateTech financial instruments in regenerative agriculture.

Every day, I pursue my dream of regionalized, regenerative food systems that bring ecological and economic vitality back to communities and landscapes.
